Aly and Vadim

It was such a joy to celebrate Aly and Vadim at the newly renovated Royal Glenora Club overlooking the river valley. The Braemar room has expansive floor to ceiling windows and overhead drop lighting that creates such a beautiful setting on its own. The food and service was impeccable and it has become one of our favourite venues in the city!

In planning together, Aly loves purple and as the couple met playing soccer together, we weaved in white and black to tie in their common interests while keeping a modern and organic edge to the overall design. 

The ceremony was held at St. Joseph Basilica and incorporated Filipino traditions such as the cord and veil symbolism. The groom and groomsmen wore traditional barongs and surprised guests in the evening with their matching league jerseys! It was such a joyous day celebrating the unions of their families and culture! The cherry on top was the wedding falling on Alberta Day long weekend which meant free fireworks along the river valley for guests to watch! What an epic surprise!
