Once your file is prepared and setup, we will reach out over email to schedule a time together. Our meetings are virtual and we will provide a meeting link once a date and time is confirmed. Future meetings will be initiated by our team when we are ready to move forward to the next topic.

We typically schedule one coordinator and one assistant for coordination needs, but if we feel additional team members are needed due to the size and scope of your wedding plans, this will be discussed and charged additionally.

Absolutely! We have affiliated vendors that we work with frequently and some extend a small discount to my clients. In planning together, we pre-vet vendor options for you to choose from and ensure they will be a great fit in executing your vision. Preferred vendors are fabulous as I am familiar with their style of work and know that they will be punctual, reliable, and amazing at what they do.

Most couples plan their wedding date a year out from being engaged. Having said that, with a professional planner, that time can be cut shorter due to the insight gained from years of hands on experience. At Our Jonrah Events, we’ve planned weddings in a month’s turn around to 18 months out and require up to 6 planning meetings and 2 coordination meetings.

Once a contact form is filled out, we will email you with further information and request a get-to-know-you questionnaire to be filled out. Following, a complimentary discovery call is setup virtually for you to get to know us and our services further! We will discuss initial items such as your wedding day style, size, and budget and provide a custom proposal to reflect your wedding day best post-meeting.

If you decide to proceed with us, a contract is prepared for you to sign and an invoice is provided for 50% of the total. Once these steps are completed, the confirmation process is finished.

Though the terms are often interchangeable, a wedding planner is a dedicated industry professional that guides you with your planning and provides their expertise to plan, organize, and complete your wedding vision from start to finish.

Wedding coordinators are used to reference the month and day of role of a planner where they execute the wedding plans (whether planned by you or with a wedding planner), act as your event manager, and is there to ensure a seamless flow of events from getting ready to the first dance!

Besides the experience of the role, it is also great to have someone in a position of authority to manage all the vendors booked, keep the wedding day on schedule, catch any missing details, and best prepare the bride and groom for their momentous day so they can enjoy it without a worry! At OJE, we provide both options!
