Jessie of Bonafide Media & PR brought our team on board to coordinate, style, and manage the event experience from start to finish. In line with Canadian Rodeo Week, this was a curated western event to tie in with the showcase of the brand new ATRIUM at Sabor located in downtown Edmonton. 

Every guest was greeted with a personal fitting by Smithbilt Hats sponsored by Union Financial. The event was as vibrant as it was hospitable with notable Sabor’s signature delights with a focus on rodeo feel food like the chorizo corn dogs that were highly raved about! Let’s not forget Glam Cam’s 360 photobooth that showed off the energy while showcasing the space in the background. 

Our team styled the event with a rustic and earthy palette that accentuated the neutral tones of the building. Utilizing hay bales, dry florals, and leather, we detailed the space with a little ole school cowboy reference to bring the vision to life. All guest had the opportunity to “hat check” if they came with an existing cowboy hat or wanted to check their gifted one in.
