Stephanie and Jordan were intentional about crafting a celebration that reflected their personal style while offering their guests a seamless and comfortable experience. We made 300 feel like an intimate reception with strategic design and thoughtful planning.

Inspired by their love of travel, the vision echoed the romance of destination weddings brought to life through a sophisticated palette layered with vintage charm and warm brass accents. Florals were lush, eclectic, and artfully arranged—striking yet ethereal in their presence. Draped satin at the head table added a sense of softness and drama, while ceramic chargers distinguished family seating and an artful mix of linens and chairs created a space that felt both refined and cohesively styled.

Thoughtful guest experiences rounded out the evening, from a vintage audio guestbook—where loved ones left heartfelt messages—to lounge seating near the dance floor that quickly became a favourite gathering spot late into the night.
