Nancy and Gavin

Nancy and Gavin wanted to create a personalized celebration that would embrace the beautiful outdoors of Edmonton’s Spring. We hosted their ceremony and reception at Whitewood Barn and designed many details that were true to them: a minimal style with a neutral colour scheme. An expansive ground arch elevated their “I Do” and was repurposed into different areas of their reception. Dainty bud vases, black candlesticks and modern stationery kept the vibe crisp and clean. 

Their fur child, Noelle was our sweetest “flower girl” and they had a hilariously friend who was the “flower dude” tossing faux flower petals down the aisle. It was quite the entrance!

One thing I love was the couple’s desire to incorporate their favourite restaurant, Padmanadi. Despite it being vegetarian, it was a hit and everyone loved it! Though, we did end the night with Fat Frank’s hot dogs and of course signature cocktails carried the party through the evening.
