Our Jonrah Events’ full service wedding planning takes care of you and your fiancé from the first consultation to the execution on the wedding day. We look after every detail of your wedding from curating the perfect list of vendors to bringing your vision seamlessly to life so you can live in the moment, embrace every emotion, and focus on celebrating your joyous beginning!

Curated & Customized Planning

Our partial planning option is beneficial when you feel you may have hit a planning block or aren’t sure how to move forward with your vision. We decide the best stage to transition and help you with the remainder of the planning from budget management, decor/design, creating your floorplan, to figuring out every wedding logistic.

Wedding Day of Coordination

Our Jonrah Events’ day of coordination provides a stress-free and smooth wedding day management from the moment you get ready to the dancing into the evening. We work with you 6-8 weeks out to build a detailed schedule, review all your planning, manage your chosen vendors, and oversee any last minute changes or additions.

Frequently asked questions

Do you provide virtual planning services?


Yes! Even before covid-19, I had clients who frequently worked out of town or are based in a different city. I can definitely accomodate our planning schedule to Zoom or regular phone calls.




Do you work alone or do you have an assistant?


Every wedding is assessed based on the services booked. Typically weddings with over 100 guests have an assistant. Depending on your wedding size and vision, additional assistants are discussed and added as an additional charge to help oversee the wedding day needs.




Do you have preferred vendors?


Absolutely! I have affiliated vendors that I work with frequently and some even provide discounts to my clients. In planning together, I provide vendor options for you to choose from and ensure they will be a great fit in executing your vision. Preferred vendors are fabulous as I am familiar with their style of work and know that they will be punctual, reliable, and amazing at what they do.




How long does it take to plan a wedding?


Most couples plan their wedding date a year out from being engaged. Having said that, with a professional planner, that time can be cut shorter due to the insight gained from years of hands on experience. At Our Jonrah Events, we’ve planned weddings in a month’s time to 18 months out.




What is the process of booking Our Jonrah Events?


Once a contact form is filled out, we will email you with further information and request a get-to-know-you questionnaire to be filled out. Following, a complimentary consultation is setup virtually for you to get to know us and our services further! We will discuss initial items such as your wedding day style, size, and budget and provide a custom quote to reflect your wedding day best post-meeting. If you decide to proceed with us, a contract is prepared for you to sign and an invoice is provided for 50% of the total. Once these steps are completed, the confirmation process is finished.




What is the difference between a wedding coordinator and the venue coordinator?


With much familiarity and expertise in the industry, wedding coordinators are accustom to working with different wedding vendors, being quick on their feet in fast pace environments, and are always prepared to save a mishap or resolve issues that arise unexpectedly. Besides the experience of the role, it is also great to have someone in a position of authority to manage all the vendors booked, keep the wedding day on schedule, catch any missing details, and best prepare the bride and groom for their momentous day so they can enjoy it without a worry! Venue coordinators usually just take care of your venue related booking and ensure that everything is executed as planned. If the venue has an in house caterer or kitchen, they will manage those details within their internal team. The venue coordinator is also usually just familiar with the space you have chosen, but not all the details and plans arranged and made outside of the venue.




What is the difference between full and customized planning?


Full planning packages is an all inclusive option to take care of every element of wedding planning from the first consultation. We direct you along on your journey as we take care of venue and vendor sourcing, detailed decor and floor plan design, day of logistics, timeline building, and making sure every element is fulfilled as we creatively plan monthly. Most importantly, we ensure a cohesive service and experience from your design and decor to the details on the day of. Customized or partial planning is great for couples who already have a part of their decisions made and are wanting help to continue their plans. Whether you’ve already picked your dream venue, or have a few vendors in mind,we will provide a consult to understand your starting point and direct the rest of the planning as we work together to achieve your wedding vision in mind. Often couples who choose this option begin planning themselves and find that they're feeling stuck or unsure of how to plan their next steps.
