Stephanie and Jordan were intentional about crafting a celebration that reflected their personal style while offering their guests a seamless and comfortable experience. With an expansive guest list of 300, JW Marriott Ice District was the perfect choice—selected for its central location, grand scale, and floor-to-ceiling windows that set an impressive tone. From the hospitality and service to the culinary experience, every element aligned with the couple’s vision, including an intimate rehearsal dinner at Braven the evening before.

Inspired by their love of travel, the design echoed the romance of destination weddings, brought to life through a sophisticated palette layered with vintage charm and warm brass accents. Florals were lush, eclectic, and artfully arranged—striking yet ethereal in their presence. Draped satin at the head table added a sense of softness and drama, while ceramic chargers distinguished family seating and an artful mix of linens and chair styles created a space that felt both refined and cohesively styled.

Thoughtful guest experiences rounded out the evening, from a vintage audio guestbook—where loved ones left heartfelt messages—to lounge seating near the dance floor that quickly became a favourite gathering spot late into the night.
