OJE Signature Full Planning & Design
Our signature service takes care of you and your fiancé from the first meeting to the final “lights out” on the wedding day. We look after every detail of your wedding and ensure we are taking care of you as your support system, soundboard, and of course your wedding partner as we lead with professionalism and process of organization to execute your style and vision.
Our design work includes understanding your desired aesthetic and vibe for your big day, creating a mood board to capture the visual details, and conceptualizing unique ideas to make it happen with fitting vendors. We oversee every moving part so you can enjoy your season of engagement. Hundreds of hours are saved and you’re able to savour the heartfelt moments along the way.
This package includes:
- Creation of a custom planning timeline from start to finish
- Full service planning, design, and production of ceremony and reception
- Chosen venue management, liaison, and communication on logistics
- Vendor research, presentation, acquisition, and management
- Detailed assessment, design, and presentation of wedding ideas
- Creation of a moodboard with up to 2 revisions, decor and rentals visual guideline, and coordination of all custom decor sourcing
- Budget management and payment tracking throughout planning process
- Organize and timely communication as per scheduled meetings and emails

OJE Design & Coordination
You have great taste and desire a design partner to curate an elevated and chic execution of your plans in mind. Our design and coordination package will start with a consultation to get to know your style, preferences, and overall wedding experience in mind. All design vendors will be acquired to suit the vision and our team will oversee the logistics of setup, takedown, and any transitions needed. In addition, a seamless day of wedding execution is provided to ensure nothing is missed.
This package includes:
- Consultation on desired wedding theme, colours, and overall design vision as with keeping chosen venue and booked vendors in mind
- Detailed assessment, design, and presentation of wedding ideas as with budget tracking of design vendors
- Creation of a moodboard with up to 2 revisions, decor and rentals visual guideline (mockup of final ideas) and coordination of all custom decor sourcing
- Budget management and payment tracking of design vendors throughout planning process: florals, rentals, stationery, decor and supply purchases
- Four designated design meetings and follow up communication as needed
- Final confirmation and coordination of all details based on final numbers a month out from wedding date
- Wedding Day of Coordination is included
This package is a fitting option for clients who will plan their own wedding day, but prefer an expert to curate their decor and design details.

Wedding Day of Coordination
You have the planning taken care of and desire an experienced team to execute your wedding plans so you can be fully present in celebrating your wedding day. Our coordination scope provides a timely and organized approach to wedding day management from facilitating your wedding rehearsal to managing every moving part of your program. The work begins 8 weeks out to build a thorough schedule, review all your meticulous plans, communicate with your chosen vendors, and oversee any last minute changes. We ensure that nothing is missed and you are well prepared before your wedding commences. It would be our greatest pleasure to provide a seamless execution so you can soak in all the unfolding memories.
This package includes:
- Meeting two months out and two weeks out to finalize all details
- Assessment of chosen venues and vendor bookings
- Creation of a wedding day brief inclusive of your chosen locations, a master contact list, setup/takedown needs, and important details to note
- Coordination of all vendors, emcees, and helpers involved in your wedding day
- Expert review and knowledge shared on final scheduling, floorplan, and load in/out details
- Direct ceremony rehearsal and ceremony day of with chosen officiant
- Guidance on obtaining wedding insurance and applicable licenses

We had our wedding this past August and Sarah did an amazing job turning my vision into a reality! She was very organized, provided quick communication, and understood what my husband and I envisioned for our wedding and was able to execute everything beautifully. Our venue required us to essentially bring in vendors for every aspect of the wedding, from caterers, to dinnerware and flatware, etc, and she was able to coordinate everything smoothly with each of the various vendors. Inevitably there were small hiccups here and there with a few of our vendors as well as our venue, but Sarah was always able to iron out the kinks quickly and avoid any disasters. Overall we really enjoyed working with Sarah and woud recommend her to others.

Sarah was absolutely amazing, hiring our Jonrah events was the very best decision we made for our wedding. Working full time shift work and being in the middle of a global pandemic can make wedding planning seem impossible but we barely had to do anything. We just made decisions and Sarah did everything else from decorating, sourcing decor and vendors, all the contacting vendors and planning, set up and takedown. She handled absolutely everything and executed our vision more perfectly than we could have ever imagined. Walking into our venue took our breath away, she really outdid herself. Once your file is prepared and setup, we will reach out over email to schedule a time together. Our meetings are virtual and we will provide a meeting link once a date and time is confirmed. Future meetings will be initiated by our team when we are ready to move forward to the next topic.
We typically schedule one coordinator and one assistant for coordination needs, but if we feel additional team members are needed due to the size and scope of your wedding plans, this will be discussed and charged additionally.
Absolutely! We have affiliated vendors that we work with frequently and some extend a small discount to my clients. In planning together, we pre-vet vendor options for you to choose from and ensure they will be a great fit in executing your vision. Preferred vendors are fabulous as I am familiar with their style of work and know that they will be punctual, reliable, and amazing at what they do.
Most couples plan their wedding date a year out from being engaged. Having said that, with a professional planner, that time can be cut shorter due to the insight gained from years of hands on experience. At Our Jonrah Events, we’ve planned weddings in a month’s turn around to 18 months out and require up to 6 planning meetings and 2 coordination meetings.
Once a contact form is filled out, we will email you with further information and request a get-to-know-you questionnaire to be filled out. Following, a complimentary discovery call is setup virtually for you to get to know us and our services further! We will discuss initial items such as your wedding day style, size, and budget and provide a custom proposal to reflect your wedding day best post-meeting.
If you decide to proceed with us, a contract is prepared for you to sign and an invoice is provided for 50% of the total. Once these steps are completed, the confirmation process is finished.
Though the terms are often interchangeable, a wedding planner is a dedicated industry professional that guides you with your planning and provides their expertise to plan, organize, and complete your wedding vision from start to finish.
Wedding coordinators are used to reference the month and day of role of a planner where they execute the wedding plans (whether planned by you or with a wedding planner), act as your event manager, and is there to ensure a seamless flow of events from getting ready to the first dance!
Besides the experience of the role, it is also great to have someone in a position of authority to manage all the vendors booked, keep the wedding day on schedule, catch any missing details, and best prepare the bride and groom for their momentous day so they can enjoy it without a worry! At OJE, we provide both options!
