Thoughtful curation considers all the things you love including strategic logistics and unique touchpoints that will impress your guests and create sentimental memories to look back on. How you feel about your wedding day is lifelong and momentous.
Our design and management experience will start with a consultation to get to know your personal style, preferences, and priorities. All design vendors will be tastefully acquired and our team will manage all setup, takedown, and any transitions needed. Our step by step design process will ensure you are aligning with the vision crafted together so you feel confident and at ease to celebrate with your guests.
In addition, a seamless wedding execution is provided to ensure an effortless experience.
- Consultation on desired wedding theme, colours, and overall design vision as with keeping chosen venue and booked vendors in mind
- Detailed assessment, design, and presentation of wedding ideas as with budget tracking of design vendors
- Creation of a moodboard with up to 2 revisions, decor and rentals visual guideline (mockup of final ideas) and coordination of all custom decor sourcing

Wedding Day Management
You’ve planned your wedding and chosen your top vendors and desire a professional team to carry it through. We’re here to manage every event so you can enjoy your celebration without a worry.
Our management scope provides a timely and organized approach to executing your wedding experience from receiving every detail of your plans, contacting and overseeing all those involved, and coordinating every transition of your program. Our team will critically think through the master schedule to consider the timeliness and flow of each event as with having foresight to understand what may go wrong. Beyond ensuring everything happens, we want you to feel taken care of and that we’re looking after any last minute changes or additions that arises.
- Meeting two months out and two weeks out to finalize all details
- Assessment of chosen venues and vendor bookings
- Creation of a wedding day brief inclusive of your chosen locations, a master contact list, setup/takedown needs, and important details to note

Once your file is prepared and setup, we will reach out over email to schedule a time together. Our meetings are virtual and we will provide a meeting link once a date and time is confirmed. Future meetings will be initiated by our team when we are ready to move forward to the next steps and based on your custom planning journey.
Our lead planner is often the main point of contact with you in a planning and design experience with OJE. Behind the scenes, our coordination team is also involved with providing administrative and event support. When wedding coordination is to begin, our process can involve 2-6 team members depending on the complexity, guest count, and design scope of your wedding.
Absolutely! We have industry vendors that we work with frequently and we do extensive research for any new vendors we refer. In planning together, we pre-vet options for you to choose from and ensure they will be a great fit in executing your vision.
Most couples plan their wedding date a year out from being engaged. Having said that, with a professional planner, that time can be cut shorter due to the insight gained from years of hands on experience. At Our Jonrah Events, we’ve planned weddings in a month’s turn around to 18 months out.
Once a contact form is filled out, we will email you with further information and request a preliminary questionnaire to be filled out. Following, a complimentary discovery call is setup virtually for you to get to know us and our services further. If all is a great fit, we will prepare a proposal inclusive of a contract and deposit for your review.
